I need a Sharepoint, Flows and Kaizala freelancer, on a COVID budget so probably can't afford the expert of experts.

We have been using Sharepoint and Teams for about 2 years now, have managed to build a couple of Teams, Sharepoint Lists and Flows.
We are starting a fresh Sharepoint build for a company in the medical industry that has many groups, confidential documents with about 100 employees. The company needs a safe environment to engage with the employees and handle client appointments, documents and communication.
Our thinking is to do a basic setup combination of Teams, Planner, Flows, Bookings and Kaizala. We can and have done this before, would just like a guiding hand this time to make sure we have the correction setup.
