I would like to hire a Seamstress

I really really need someone to make a dress for my daughter for a special event December 1st. I'm interested n a straight a-line simple dress. She is a special needs child and has a rather large adonimal area but smaller shoulders and can't find a nice dress off the rack that is appropriate. I have other sewing projects as well but just REALLY need this dress made. I had no idea it would be so challenging to find someone to sew.
