Wordpress Webmaster & Sales Funnel Optimization

We are looking for an outstanding webmaster to restore our Wordpress website and optimize its sales funnel. In this role, you will have the following impact: - Your optimizations will reach 9,000+ website visitors - You will help people improve their fitness and health - You will help make the world a fitter place Your tasks will be: - Restore our site using old backups and web archives (our previous host was hacked; all recent backups were lost) - Optimize our sales funnel for revenue Workflow: - Video meetings Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (Zoom) - Written updates Monday-Friday (Slack / Basecamp) Competencies - You understand Wordpress development best practices - You understand conversion rate optimization best practices - You can communicate clearly and concisely - You have a sense of ownership and a drive for excellence - You have the willingness to do the good but difficult things Requirements - Outstanding performance in wordpress development - Proven track record of conversion rate optimization Outcomes - Website restored 100% - Website conversion rate up 12% month over month If interested, please bid and answer the following: - Are you available daily? If we decide to move forward, you will become responsible for optimizing our website. This is a long-term position. Starting at 5-10 hours a week. Growing to 10-15 hours a week.
