You are supposed to come up with a list of two profitable niches. Your research and identification of the aforementioned niches must be done according to the following specs:
Demand: You must identify top 10 buying keywords for that niche, the top 10 buying keywords must not have less than a total of 5,000 average monthly searches from USA. Besides 30 long tail keywords for each niche.
Continuity: The niche must be about something/problem that will last for a long time. Not tied to an event or a trend that will fade away soon.
Affiliate programs: The identified niches must have the affiliate program. Our business model is built around developing affiliate websites.
SEO Competition: Must be low for the niche and the top 10 keywords you identified earlier.
