Hello everybody and thank you for interesting to our project. We are looking to dedicate this project to a person(s) to set-up a website to our client. B2B Horizontal Marketplace Portal site just like [login to view URL] We have a few strict conditions what you have to fallow! The person(s) MUST be familiar and totally understand the project concept before bidding. The person(s) MUST work with us very closely and keep in touch via e-mail and over the phone on the regular bases (every three days). During this period we are more than happy to listen any professional advise or /suggestions. We should be seeing some result every five days. You MUST be able to provide six months complete support in website maintenance as project commissioning and long term support after project start-up for about two years. Your long-term support will be financially compensated and rewarded more as business starts to grow. You will get personal reference recommendation from us You should provide 2 functionally similar sites developed by you. We will review the quality of work. Please do not bid if you do not deliver the professional solution that we need. You MUST build site using Windows NT in mind. We will provide logo and website template design, you just have to implement to the program. The project should complete within a maximum period of 25 days. It would be much preferable if you start showing progress demo on your serve after 10 days. Full Demo should be demonstrated from your server and testing should be satisfactory for consumption of contract for a minimum of 3 days. Payments & Contract: Payments will be made to an escrow account. 10% when your bid is accepted. The next payment, 25% after 10 days, 25% after 15 days and the final payment when the project is up and successfully running. You MUST provide references before your bid is accepted. Previous website samples and personal (business) contact numbers. This is just the beginning. Banner advertisement with payment capability. Featured products and Services with payment. Extensive Search engine capability (minimum 2 words): Trade leads, Products, Companies, Buyers, Sellers. Discussion board/Forum Best Seller, Future products, New today (all 3 in rotation) listing on the main page. Membership Classification: Free company registration with one trade lead posting at the time: Buyers, Sellers with one product with picture. Must have an ability to send inquiries.
