We are also if applicable have the ability to grow sales and we have the ability to hire rapidly. We have decades of experienced call center managers 24 hours a day and will have coverage during the times that we are needed.
I have over 10 years of call center management experience in a fortune 500 company. We specialized in cable sales, technical support, escalations, scheduling work orders, and giving great customer service. I was taught and believe in a one call resolution and not passing the buck unless it is the procedure (retention). I also have a strong background in sales and train my people to maximize every opportunity on every call by top-down selling each product that the company has to offer. Since leaving the workforce I have been in business for over 5 years offering my marketing, customer service, and sales skills to our clients with a team that I have built over the years. Since then the times have changed and am looking to use my office space as a dedicated call center with 25 agents.
