As an experienced a call center agent for more than 6 years working in customer service and sales, I guarantee you that experience is big of a deal and that is something that I have. As a professional with over six years’ BPO experience, I know my diverse skills and qualifications will make me an asset to the project. A little background on who I am. I have worked in Customer service and sales. Inbound and Outbound which have molded my strategies because if you can close a deal verbally then all other mediums would be easier.
