My experience includes: - drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including a vast ray of IT related agreements, NDAs, service agreements, rental and lease agreements, supply agreements and partner, reseller and distribution agreements, M&A contracts, general commercial and corporate agreements and terms of sale; from low value to large and complex cross-regional, multi-party arrangements; - advising on major and complex projects, including new product and services launches, digital transformation and disruption management, company direction and strategy changes, system integration projects, large IT products, services and infrastructure projects, and regulatory audits, (including privacy audits), corporate restructure and integration projects; - regulatory compliance including privacy and GDPR compliance, licencing requirements in various industries, industry codes of conduct, and corporate policy creation, implementation and enforcement; - advising on marketing and branding initiatives and collateral; and - all other areas typically associated with a general counsel role, including providing general commercial, compliance and legal advice to a range of audiences spanning multiple topics, including risk mitigation, dispute resolution, privacy, marketing, property, company secretary function, as well as corporate transactions, ranging from restructures, to mergers and acquisitions.
