I am a partner in a small boutique business consulting firm. We do human resource management and organizational development projects for small and medium sized businesses in India. An indicative list of types of work we do are listed below - - Recruitment - Competency assessment (for recruitment, training & development, promotions, etc.) - Designing and developing HR & Admin policies and associated processes - Designing performance management systems (PMS) - Designing appraisal systems - Conducting salary surveys (primary or secondary) - Conducting medium and long term training programs - 1:1 business coaching - Payroll outsourcing - Overall HR outsourcing on monthly retainership We are looking for individuals who can help us get more business. What you need to do is set up meetings for us (depending on the location, the meetings can be either in-person, via tele-con or video conferencing). If we get a project from someone you refer, we will pay you between 15 to 30% of the project fees received from the company. If we do repeat business with the same company, you get the additional fees on that business too. Who can do this work - - anyone who is not fully employed and enjoys doing business development - anyone who, during the course of their regular work, meets with different companies and can help in setting up meetings (e.g. placement coordinators in colleges, supplier of goods to companies) - anyone who is smart, decently well networked, has good communication and has a knack for sales Leave your bids and queries and we will respond to them
