We are an E-commerce company looking for a associate for a full-time long-term position. Our current freelancers have been working with us for 4+ years and we were able to find good talented people. We are now looking to expand and are in need of a serious candidate who is looking for a full-time long-term position and can work During USA CST Timezone. Candidate Role: Responds to Customer Messages / Emails, Handle Return request / Disputes / Chargebacks, Available to our customers via Live chat & Corresponds with our team via Group communication. On an average, we get 25 - 30 E-mails, messages and other inquiries/day. So it is a very light work. You will also handle incoming / outgoing phone calls (VOIP). We get on an average of 7 - 10 phone calls/day. So it is an easy and light workload. General Requirements:  Excellent communication skills  Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) or Google Docs  Able to Multi-Task  Fluent (Reading, Speaking, and Writing) in English. -- Detail Oriented -- Creative and Problem solving who can adapt to changes in role.

I read and understood your requirements and I am sure i will be best suitable for this position since i have good experience in handling customer care work, I have handled customer care for companies - Altius technologies ( they provide templates through knowledge base ) and Blisstel communications Support ( handled calls as well as tickets via fresh desk) . Iroams network ( ebay, amazon and santa medical ). Can do a trial period of one week , if you are satisfied you can hire me for long term.
