experienced full stack Ruby on Rails and React Developer

Our existing platform is using Ruby on Rails 3.x and we are currently upgrading it to use a more recent Ruby on Rails for its API/Back-end and React for its Front-end. There are many components, features, data that need to be migrated so a long term commitment is required (at least 6+ months).
On each deliverable, there will be code review (on Git repo, test deploy/demo on our staging server. Once that's done, we will go live/production and will keep the task open for 1 - 1.5 weeks to see if there are related bug-fixes or hot-fixes to be done.
In your proposal, please share a brief summary of your experience and tell us about a recent full stack web development project you worked on.
This will be an ongoing project even after the upgrades are finished in order to maintain and implement new features down the road.
