Thank you for taking the time to review our project requirements. We need to bring our design much further forward while cleanly presenting the details of our program. [login to view URL] We seek bidders with strong viewable portfolio and ability with: CSS/HTML5/Bootstrap Superior graphics. Icons, images, banners, logos Javascript/Jquery PHP/MySql is a plus but not required or in project scope. This is not a complete redesign. The page menu and footer. Will stay intact and not revised. The main focus is the top of the page and the content section. This design must be rendered clean and within the screen regardless of user device desktop or mobile. We would like the page to look more alive and not static. We hope to achieve this through high quality/resolution images, graphics, and CSS effects. Top of page The logo on top will need the page red in the fonts. Give life to the logo with 3d effects or CSS. New banner in the middle with invisible border. No rectangles. Substitute login icon. Content Section We need to display information in a innovative way. Bootstrap modals, Jquery lightboxes, carousel. Just way clean and have JavaScript load text and media. And not reload a new file. Let the user be able to click on something the information text, images or video loads into a modal or lightbox. User closes and views something else. All on one page. This can be aligned vertical, horizontal. You will notice a left navigation on the page. Improve this. Make it so content shows on the current page. You will notice two boxes with images suggesting two functions. Find a better way to give user these options. Not fond of the two boxes prominent on the page and the images do not fit our program.
