The answer is “C.” Mary is the common denominator. Her marital status is unknown.
I worked as an internet real estate researcher for a real estate appraisal firm for more than 15 years. During that time, I used sources including Public Records searches, tax rolls, LoopNet, Multiple Listing Services and Planet Realtor, to name a few.
I have participated in real estate searches in Texas, Georgia, California, South Carolina and my home state of Florida.
Before I accept a job, I would need to know the following:
• Do you have access to any local or national search services and would they be made available to me?
• What format would need your information in, spreadsheet or narrative?
• What type of property are you searching for, vacant, commercial or residential?
• Do you have a minimum or maximum size of properties to search?
• If you want improved properties, is age or condition of structure a consideration?
• What states/regions require searching?
Once I have established the parameters of the job, and what sources might be available to utilize in my research, I would have a better understanding of your project.
Freelance has an app (Timetracker) for tracking hours. I would be able to use that once I begin work.
