Hire a Research Analyst

I would like to hire a Biotechnology, life sciences, equity research analyst, to perform equity analysis on various biotech companies that i will nominate. The individual needs to be more focused and educated on life sciences as opposed to economics and fundamentals, as most of these biotechs do not yet have an approved product on the market. They need to understand the drug development process from discovery to regulatory pathway and how the scientific milestones are converted into value creation events for the shareholders and company. Also, they need to have the ability to understand therapeutic areas and drug development risks. This assignment could be years long ... most of these companies are listed on the stock exchange they are public companies, and they will not necessarily be only Australian companies, they could also be US co's
