Find manufacturer for custom running vests

We are a new brand looking for a manufacturer for our running vests. Our unique selling point is that we have designed our vests to be very colourful, covered in floral prints. ------------------------------------------- We need an internet researcher to find a manufacturer of our running vests. The requirements are: The manufacturer should have a minimum order quantity of 20 or fewer vests per order. We would like the manufacturer to offer a small sample run (where they make just a small number of vests for us to test). The manufacturer should preferably be able to make both mens and women vests. Their sizes/shape should be different. It is important that the manufacturer is able to make our vests with our custom designs. Please see the image in the description for an example of what our vests may look like. The vests must be able to be made with the logo of our brand. There must be no other logos on the vest. The vests must be made with a label so that they can legally be sold in the UK. Research should be done on exactly what the label requirements are. Please see the link below for guidance. For instance, does the manufacturer want an adobe illustrator (.ai) format, adobe photoshop format (.psb) etc. The material and the shape of the vests should be stated. For a small order of less than 20 vests the price per vest should be less than £20. For larger orders the price per vest should be £15 or less. Preferably, the vests should be made for as cheap as possible, but still be good quality. We would ideally like manufacturing costs to be much cheaper than those stated above. The time of the vests should be stated i.e. how long will it take for the vests to be made. The vests need to be able to be shipped to the UK. The price of shipping should be stated. Note that it is likely the manufacturer will be based in Asia, or perhaps Central or Eastern Europe. The researcher will likely have to enter email correspondence with manufacturers. It is expected that it may take a few days to get all the relevant information. The researcher should find out whether the manufacturers are reliable and are to be trusted, for instance by looking at online reviews. We are only looking for manufacturers that have good reviews. ----------------------------------- Deliverables: The researcher should create a list of suitable manufacturers. It is important that the manufacturers meet all of our requirements. It is expected that the researcher should find between 2 and 8 suitable manufacturers. A report with a list of suitable manufacturers should be created, with all the relevant information as stated above.
