Curriculum Developer for Barber Curriculum

Established in 2012, ExpertEase Consulting Edu is a Tennessee-based continuing education company committed to helping individuals, organizations, and businesses get to the next level in professionalism, student and staff engagement, and team building. We specialize in working with members of the beauty industry and providing continuing education opportunities for educators in cosmetology, barbering, esthetics, and nail technology. Our consulting services include program review, curriculum development, and auditing assistance. We believe that information should be accessible and easy to understand and implement. We are seeking to immediately fill the position of Curriculum Developer for a short-term project. We need an experienced curriculum development specialist to help adapt our online Barber Instructor curriculum to an on-the-ground curriculum. The selected candidate will work in partnership with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure alignment between the two curricula. The final project cannot be considered complete without attendant “instructor guides”, overview, and other supportive documents. Communication with the COO multiple times a week will be required and payment will be release according to agreed-upon milestones. There will be additional work in the future for the right candidate (we love to build lasting, mutually-beneficial relationships!). Experience in the beauty industry is a plus. Experience creating curricula and training/instructor materials is a MUST. The deadline for this project is October, 2017.
