Semiconductor simulation project in COMSOL multiphysics V.5.3

I have a project in which I need someone to do simulation of a photodiode based on some new semiconductor material currently hot in the research community so I require - 1)someone with a good knowledge of comsol multiphysics 2)who has access to ieee , sciencedirect ,google scholar etc. where one can access the research papers in order to find the semiconductor material to work on.
