Outline what have you learned and the next steps you will undertake in your development having in mind the stages of development It is advisable to design and use structured or semi-structured interview which means to use preliminary defined questions. Attach it to the report. Additionally, you can use the assessment tools as Career Orientation Inventory, Personal Orientation Questionnaire or others in your choice. Attach them as evidence and give the appropriate references.
