Looking for a motivated and reliable virtual executive assistant to support us on a monthly basis. We are a personal development organization focused on serving entrepreneurs and high performing professionals who are looking to achieve success in all areas of life. We have a number of robust systems which support our members that require regular assistance. Some of the projects and tasks you will be working on: • Managing email inbox & sending emails • New member on boarding • Executing systems (we love systems :)! ) • Managing CRM database • Other administrative support (the higher quality & output, the more projects we will ask your support with) MUST BE: • Highly reliable • Great work ethic • Great communication skills (written & verbal) • General business administration skills • Great organizational skills • Independent & also able to collaborate • Flexible HIGHLY REGARDED: • Marketing (especially email marketing for both internal & external) • Systems thinking SOFTWARE USED: • Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail, etc.) • Asana • ActiveCampaign • YouTube • WordPress • ClickFunnels We will work to leverage your skill set as available, but we do have some basic projects necessary for our business to function. We are looking for the right person, not just a certain type of skill. We need someone willing to work hard and smart and understand the goals that need to be accomplished. Initially we will work with you on one project. We are willing to work with your schedule and the hours you are looking for. We are thinking this role will be 5-15 week but will grow over the next 6 months. Once established, hours worked will likely be fairly flexible - though there will be projects that are time sensitive. If you take the position, we would like to work with you long term as a desirable asset to our team and we look forward to growing and expanding with you. Hello, my name is Marianna, I would like to introduce myself and tell you my experience, so thank you for your time. I am currently living on Italy, so my timezone is GMT+1. However, this won't be a problem for you since I can adapt my work schedule as needed. I have experience as a data entry. Particularly, I have worked on a previous high-tech company in Argentina, copying laboratory procedures from paper into a digital database, for further consultation and use. Sometimes, I created those procedures directly from scratch into the database. I have also digitalized cards with clients' information from an hotel into a database, to be used as post-sale marketing and feedback. Lately, I have been working part-time filling content of websites and testing them. I am currently working part time for an English crowdfunding agency, during the morning (in Europe time) also in the area of data entry and data processing. So, I use the computer and many tools on a daily basis. I am also very detail-oriented. I am really interested on this position, and I can be a good fit for this job.
