• Background to health service (Basically, there are different elements of the health services. These include hospitals, ambulance services, social care which is the community work and the primary care which includes the general practices)
• Our main focus will be on the GP practice
• What changes have taken place in the last few years? (Example: earlier, there was only one doctor and now there are more than 5 doctors in each GP practice and also there are many private clinics these days)
• It is important for GP’s to focus on the organizational development
• We can find out the effectiveness from the CQC reports and can make recommendations using OD strategies from literature and then we can suggest that how they can improve
