BSWL and MCD article for SEO

Description We need 60 SEO unique articles each month for our NEW weight loss web site and our well established travel web sites. Please see below details and read carefully. This is a long term project and if you do quality work it will last a long time, however each day you will need to deliver two articles, each article para-phrased into three versions, the original, v2 and v3. each article will be a minimum of 400 words. each article must be unique and will be passed through copyscape, I will not pay for plagarized work. This means that all rights to the article and its future use pass to me, you may NOT; reuse the article, sell or give it away to another party or post it to any other resource. - Must have skype/gmail chat and be available during London business hours. - I will require one on topic article as a sample prior to awarding project. - NDA will be required. REQUIRMENTS: * You must Use perfect English or EN-US. Article should be free from grammatical, spelling and punctuation errors. * All articles should have unique content. * You must know and understand SEO well, know about keyword density and use the keywords wisely in articles without spoiling the article. 2.5 % keyword density is now best practise and so maximum I can accept. * Articles must be 100% original and unique. * I receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. You are not allowed to resell, reuse, re-write or give away or use these articles in anyway. * Articles must be 400+ words each high quality articles. * You should know how to write the sales pitch in html for the resource section of directories (I have a model of what is required). * Some of the articles will be posted on ezine articles so you MUST KNOW WHAT THEIR RULES ARE (see last bullet below). * Articles must be SEO TARGETED and to the point, no spam. * Must be written in clear and precise native English. * Article should be to the point and still maintaining the 400+ words requirement. * Use the keywords in a logical manner in the article. Don't try to write funny or humorous articles, I will reject them. * Every article must have a unique TITLE and a 2-5 sentence Summary that does not exceed 100 words. * All articles must pass COPYSCAPE for duplicate content, if it fails copyscape I will reject them. * You should be able to submit those articles to major articles websites with proof (url). PAYMENT TERMS I pay via PayPal within 24 hours of completion of approved articles (see below). Please highlight all requested keywords once you completed the drafts in Word. I will not pay if you fail to follow the instructions or your article requires significant grammatical, cultural or factual modifications; I may reject the work completely if it is below the acceptable standard. Please bid US$30.00 and in PMB tell me how much for each completed article, so the first payment will be for the number of articles that makes US$30. Thereafter minimum payment will be US$30 to your invoice/paypal request. This is a tight budget so keep the charge per article within the range of other GAF article projects for similar work.
