I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - at 1000m/s will be an issue with the material drying... (or, maybe this is your innovation :)) 2 - what drivers type the printer will use? (i guess will be ball screws - on belt transmission will have huge issues while starting/stopping...) 3 - i don't think (i'm pretty sure will not) will be on fdm technology... it will simply rippoff the printed part 6 - it will be cartesian architecture? of course, all the details will be discussed in private...
