We need energy modeling services for 2 similar approx 9000 square feet LR3 buildings to be built in Seattle. Please see attached SDR report for one of the buildings for more information. We are targeting Priority Green Expedited using the Seattle’s alternative path, (the Seattle commercial energy code is attached). After an initial model is created (to meet code), we may need to iterate to ensure we are efficiently creating a building that is 15% better than code to meet our green requirement based upon our specs & your suggestions. We are requesting Quotes and estimated Timeline
