3d modeling of a video

Hi If there is no copyright issues with that I can change the logo in the video itself, this solution is cheap and would cost $30, but the result will be professional and no one will notice the trick. But in case copyright issues are subject of concern then I can build the entire animation and make new 3d modeling and animation from scratch and that would cost about $400.
