Modeling and aplly materials on buildings 01

Hello Everyone, I need someone to help me on the modeling and texturing/shading of some buildings, i have in total do prepare 20 buildings but i will send ONLY 4 building for each person to have time to complete my project in 1 week, i need your propose to model and aplly textures/shading etc.. in 5 buildings and the time to complete all is 5 days, the model need to have enough details to looks good in closeups, some may need to have some geometry inside the glass if necessary, i am sending example of the level of detail, each modekl need after completed to be rendered on the 4 sides in a standard ligh scene to show how it looks, each building will have a reference to follow and will have a mass model basic geometry to follow as well, the shape of the building will be provided, wil lbe more like a very low poly geometry, and inside this geometry is that the building need to be modeled.
