Looking for an individual experienced with Revit and AutoCAD to edit .rvt and .dwg files to correct errors, show dimensions between points, and to redraw some floor plans for a small apartment building (e.g. to place the building and building components correctly relative to gridlines, to insert correct wall types, move windows, resize a showers from 36" to 40" and adjust bathroom sizes as necessary, etc.). Complete architectural plans and Revit file already exist. This is for the construction administration portion of the job to create clarification for the trades constructing the building. Quick turnaround will be necessary at times. You will be working directly with the building's developer. An example floor plan is attached. This job is expected to have intermittent part-time needs, will begin within one week and has the potential to last for a number of months through the end of construction.

This is exactly my area of expertise and I am known for my efficient and fast work. I can dedicate 30 hours a week to that job and will answer promptly to the developer. I have a very deep knowledge and experience in Autocad drafting: floor plans, interior and exterior elevations, building sections, etc. And also Revit Architecture. Whether that means working on creating or modifying a 3D model, renderings or construction documents, I have done a little of everything. Finally I am very familiar with the imperial system!
