Complete project only. Must provide several concepts prior to starting work. Requires 2D drawing of existing building off provided measurements and photos. Requires concepts for renovations with 3D renderings. Requires complete plans for renovations, including 2D,3D. Electrical, plumbing, heating. Kitchen, bedroom, closets 3D, 2D plans and renderings. Complete BOM for all materials including windows and doors. The home will be required to have a modern look and several concepts may be required till I am satisfied to move forward. The foundation can not change. The home is located in Ottawa Ontario. Some of the basic requirements are as follows 1. Big windows with lots of natural light. 2. Master Bedroom with en-suite and walk in closet 3. Modern kitchen with island and cooking counter in it. Must be be family friendly. 4. Move stairs to basement to another location 5. Main floor laundry room 6. Nice living room 7. Gas fireplaces in Master bedroom, living room and basement 8. All floors are Hardwood other than bathrooms and kitchen 9. Basement requires to be finished with bathroom, small gym, rec room and storage room or bedroom
