Complete 3D modelling project in Unity

We are rebuilding a university campus in 3D using Unity. We have a large portion of the work done, but need someone to take over the remainder. Important info: We did the modeling in Maya - the rest is in Unity and WebGL Some key pieces: 1. It is too big to work with our website 2. All of the grassy areas need to be modeled and added 3. The existing meshes for grass need to have colliders added 4. A number of buildings (including ET and some of the housing) still have placeholder textures 5. The simulation also needs some major performance tuning 6. The code base needs to be documented 7. We need to smooth out the user interactions 8. The “Pip Boy” needs some aesthetic improvement. It sort of feels like unpainted sheet metal right now 9. The rest of the info kiosks need to be placed - mostly the housing areas.
