1. From Existing 2D drawings to LOD500 (As built) with information.
2. BEP plan to be prepared and highlight all the BIM process and the deliverables.
3. To produce LOD 500 (3D model) families as per the existing drawings.
4. The LOD should contain all the technical details requires as drafted In the existing drawings.
5. The as built model submittal (LOD 500) should contain all the proper information and file name.
6. The drafted 2D drawings to be incorporated inside the Revit software and produced again.
7. The model to be delivered as : *Rvt (Revit) NATIVE and *IFC 2x3 (Industry foundation class)
8. The as built drawings to be exported as Dwg and pdf
