I have worked in manufacturing vertical for some Fortune500 clients such as L3 Communications, Keysight Technologies, Mercedes-Benz, GE Health Care, GE Aviation, PPG Aerospace, BMW to name a few and placed contract, contract to hire and full time professionals. • Sourced candidates utilizing different job boards such as Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed and JobDiva. • Screened candidates' resume ensuring that their qualification meets the job requirement. • Negotiated on contract terms and pay scale. • Formatted resume for presenting the candidates profile to the client. • Proactively recruited and maintained relationships with highly sought after candidates for client. • Covered requirements including but not limited to Design engineer, Electro-mechanical designer, Aircraft Mechanic, Aviation Technician, Optics Fabrication Technician, Production Supervisor, Mechanical Designer, Digital Design Engineer, Project Manager, Admin Associate Etc. • Successfully placed a candidate on a Direct Hire position for an Aircraft Mechanic - T38 position within 3 months of employment.

Identify sourcing channels after discussions with the client and understanding the project nature as well as client's requirements.

I am an MBA in HR /IT . Also have an extensive exposure to technologies and recruitment . Possess the 11 Years of work exp. in HR Fraternity.

Handling all the phases of recruitment cycle like identifying hiring need, planning, searching, identifying viable candidates, recruiting A -Level candidates, telephone screening, face to face interview, offering of the employment, hiring of the candidate, on-boarding. Other HR Activities like preparation of salary leave maintenance, employee grievance etc.
