Software developer needed in Spokane/CDA

Need a local programmer in the North Idaho area as this project cannot be completed remotely. There was a video game that is now an open source project, that project has test servers available for private use. I need someone who can set up one of these servers in my home on a VM and remove any run time limit that may be coded into the server. As well as provide me with a list of admin commands within the game. There are two sources of information that can be used for the project that I just do not have the technically expertise to understand.
