Simple pattern recognition project in Matlab or Python, on MoviesLens 100k Dataset.

Hello Freelancers! I would like to create a basic pattern recognition project in Matlab or Python, on MoviesLens 100k Dataset. For this project I specifically want to: 1. Apply the sequential clustering basic scheme to estimate the number of user groups, based on their preferences. 2. Based on the assessment of Step 2, apply the algorithm k-means and the hierarchical clustering algorithm. You will need to decide on the details of the algorithms and document your assumptions. 3. Using the 5-fold shape provided, design, implement and evaluate two classifiers that solve the following problem: if a user and a movie are given, the classifier decides whether the user saw the movie (class 1) or not (class 2).
