read xml values using python and pass the value to a groovy variable

Hello it looks as elementary thing can be completed in few hours of pure working time and I have couple of years of experience with python, including working with XML. Despite I have little experience with groovy I am sure it may be enough to complete your project, anyway groovy code should just get values
