Python Script to Create a SQL Script

I just need a Python Script that will input a file record containing column headers and then build a SQL SELECT Script file. Basically, you are building dynamic SQL Select builder script. The input file will be a CSV text file containing one record with text columns like this: Lutron, C:\My Documents, A-MFG_PART_NUMBER, B-MFG_PART_NUMBER, A-Supplier_ID, B-Supplier_ID, A-Eco_10, S-Eco_10, A-Eco_12, S-Eco_12,..... The input record is dynamic and will have different labels and different number of labels with the exception of the first four columns. Column 1 = File Name (ex.,Lutron) Column 2 = File Path (ex., C:\My Documents) Column 3 = A-MFG_PART_NUMBER, Column 4 = B-MFG_PART_NUMBER All other columns will be dynamic and can have different labels. Again, the first four columns will be as defined above and the rest dynamic. This script will read in this record and produce an XML SQL script file that looks like this: <BusinessRule Name="File Name from Column 1" Id="File Name from Column 1" Description="" PassPolity="NoRowsReturned" PrimaryTable="">SELECT A-MFG_PART_NUMBER, B-MFG_PART_NUMBER, A-Supplier_ID, B-Supplier_ID, A-Eco_10, S-Eco_10, A-Eco_12, S-Eco_12 FROM [STEP] as S INNER JOIN [ACDC] A ON S.[MFG_PART_NUMBER] = A.[MFG_PART_NUMBER] WHERE ( (S.[S-Supplier_ID] is NULL and A.[A-Supplier_ID] is not NULL) or ( S.[S-Eco_10] is NULL and A.[A-Eco_10] is not NULL) or ( S.[S-Eco_12] is NULL and A.[A-Eco_12] is not NULL) ..... ) </BusinessRule> To save the file you will take the file name from column A and the file path from column B. The output file needs to have a ".br" extension. For example; Lutron.br. The path to save file will always be in the second column. For example; C:\My Documents
