Python: Report time series on Custom Table

We are looking for a freelancer to delviers a Python Jupyter Notebook that download data from an api (create the api string joining IDs) and process it into a Custom Table: The custom table should have [login to view URL] name, source and unit in the Column 1, 2 and 3 (text) 2. N columns with last N months of data in Month over Month variation 3. M columns with last M quaters with full data in Quarter over Quarter (average) variation or YoY variation.
