Need shopping based website scripts

Need different type of scripts related to different segments based on shopping websites. It can be based on buying products or searching for the highest discounted product or buying flash sale products . These scripts can be in the form of extensions or on bot form or can run in Command prompt based upon the needs as per the situation. Some knowledge related to networking is also required. Looking for an experienced person who can fulfill our requirements in the way we want at the extreme level. Scripts will be based upon python but person should have knowledge in other languages also like java,php etc.
