I am a MD and have developed [login to view URL], a project to create medical questionnaires, using Anaconda for env and sharing to wide community of MDs + Django-Python-Angular + Postgresql, making use of Expert Knowledge and Data Sciences in the future incl. R. I have developed a well working demo. I want to upgrade and expand the versions and codes for use by non-programmers-doctors worldwide, in all languages. The demo can be viewed at [login to view URL]: questions > data > EK-information creation > PDF review of the data in standard medical format as doctors learn in Med School > Shared by patient self through all media and screen of phone. The programmer needs to cooperate closely with Dr. The patient's workflow is worked out, the sharing is worked out. This open source project is precursor to production server use after further testing. International contacts have established for worldwide use. This call is for the Open Source Project for worldwide use by doctors to generate low numbers of Medical History and Contexts by their patients, saving time and improving workflows in all disciplines of Medicine for 130+ specialties, 50.000 diseases and 10.000 signs and symptoms. This is NOT a diagnostic IT-project!
