I need a professional MATLAB programmer who has strong knowledge in computer vision and machine learning to simulate the attached paper in MATLAB. The output should be a MATLAB code that takes an image and then returns the coordinates of the upper left corner of each detected face bounding box, as well as the width and height of the bounding box. Please pay attention to that I just need the testing part (demo), not the training/learning parts. Therefore, the code MUST give the same qualitative results shown in the paper. Also, note that, the paper is already implemented in python and the code is on GitHub. Finally, I prefer to pay a fixed price for this job because I am just interested in freelancers who certainly can accomplish the project successfully. We can negotiate the price if you feel that you are the one who can handle the project perfectly. Regards,
