Build me an appointment system for local shops

Appointment System Application to book an appointment/ time slot in a local shop - Retailer should be able to put in opening hours - Maximum number of parallel appointments - Customer must put in Email, telephone number, number of people, length up appointment, name of people who are joining the appointment - Needs multi tenant functions, as we multiple stores need to use that feature - Could be an address [login to view URL] Following interfaces necessary: - Public area of the specific shop where a shopper can create an appointment - Shop panel – where the tenant can review and probably confirm appointments - Admin panel – where you will be tracking everything Extra functions: - Appointment reminder via email or text message - Offering promotion codes Future functions: - Realize the customer shops and appointments via graph database eg for interesting insights at a later stage, who are power shoppers, what journey do they have etc
