I am a Manufacturing Project Manager My qualities are: self-motivated, work with multiple project teams in a fast paced environment, Strong sense of urgency, Ability to execute quickly, Ability to manage multiple projects with strong decision making capabilities and risk analysis. My military background taught me to be a real team player, a leader, and to thrive for achieving the goals set by management under extreme conditions. I have the ability to plan major projects, implementing the plan in a timely manner, and the ability to lead a team to creatively think out of the box to come up with genuine ideas and problem solving to implement, taking calculated risks and accelerate the project to completion. I have an Executive Certificate in "Leadership and Management" I earned from the University of Norta Dam with experience in Department management, a Project Management Certificate I earned from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master and an Advanced Master Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University. I have accomplished many large projects successfully on time and on budget. I have earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and successfully completed many green belt projects. I have a Bachelor of Science. in Manufacturing and Product Design along with a Associates degree in Electro-Mechanical Drafting and Design and many Engineering technical schools from the US Navy giving me deep insight into the manufacturing process.
