Scrape and join web data from multiple sources

The project involves scraping web data from several websites and joining data together where it's available. One of the sites to scrape data from involves a login authentication to access the data which I will provide to the successful bidder. The script needs to check three different websites (entering item into search boxes), one of the websites ([login to view URL]) should have data most of the time and its a matter of determining if data exists on the remaining two sites([login to view URL] and racing post-login) and scraping it if a match exists and joining it together. I have a list of almost 4000 sires (horses father) that I am keen to extract and join data for and require the output flat file as a csv or MSExcel. Often on any given sire name there can be multiple matches hence, other fields are required eg Country &/or year of birth to select correct match. The format of the data should be similar to the attached file, I have solved this problem entering in each Sire one by one using Visual Basic script and can provide this to help guide the cleaning process that is required. Ideally I would like to be able to add new sires to the list overtime and gather data into the future also.
