Implement a parser and generator for the QDoc format in Rust

The projects target is to implement a parser for the QDoc format [login to view URL] and support generating the docs Rustdoc compatible format. The data needs to be parsed into a memory representation that can be used from other project to match up where the documentation should be generated. The parser needs to be able to support parsing the QtWidgets/QtGui/QtBase source code with full support for all the tags needed. The project can use any parsing crates but [login to view URL] is the preferred one. The code will be open source.
