Create google spreadsheet script for scheduled email

I have a file with following columns Email Subject Email Body Email Date Email time (in 24h format) And a multiple number of rows (about 50). I need a script, that will send emails to the address I'll provide with specified subject and body on specified date and time. I don't need exact time but if it says 14:35 I need it to be send somewhere between 14:00 and 15:00). I need this script to be reusable (so I could change the subject, body and date/time in the rows of spreadsheet when needed without altering the script). Please apply only if you know how to do it (scripting time-driven triggers is required). Please see attached example of the file. NOTE that the real file gonna have up to 50 rows. You have to create and test.
