BGM phone call background music service

A subscriber can select a song from an extensive content catalogue and hear the music play in a non-disruptive manner during the call. And that’s not all; one can also customize different music for different people, making each conversation a unique experience. HOW IT WORKS: 1. User opts in for the service subscription via SMS, IVR, US SD or web 2. User selects song code from songs database (thousands of songs in database with unique code) 3. User receives subscription confirmation by SMS with the song code, fee and duration of subscription 4. To use the service Subscriber dials the song code as a prefix before the recipient's MSISDN e.g <5547><Mobile Number> 5. Corresponding Song is loaded upon call connected 6. User ends call and song stops playing CONTENT: Subscriber can apply sounds such as their favorite music track, movie theme song, Lagos traffic, city market and other sounds generated from different environments. Current categories include Pranks, Love, Greetings/Slangs, Religion, Jingles and Celebrity. SUBSCRIPTION [VIA IVR, SMS, USSD, OBD, WEB] Background vibe offers various channels for subscription including IVR, SMS, USSD, OBD. This various channels offer varying flexibility but together, creates a robust means of customer access and management through the system. IVR SUBSCRIPTION CHANNEL Background vibe IVR channel allows the user to access a menu by dialing 5547. unlike sms and ussd the user will be able to listen through the menu and also be able to listen to sample tunes before selection. this is a very powerful and effective activation channel for BGM. SMS SUBSCRIPTION CHANNEL BGM SMS Channel will function as an activation and communication channel. BGM users will be able to send a message with specific keywords to perform specific actions. This Channel provides adequate access to user to reach the system if SMS is a preferred option. SMS will also be used for user notification through the life cycle of the the user journey. USSD SUBSCRIPTION CHANNEL BGM USSD Channel will offer similar flexibility to the customer throw a robust menu offering with a few limitations. The User will not be able to listen to track but will only be able to pick tunes based on descriptions. This limitation will be further addressed with the trigger of an OBD call at the end of the transaction allowing the user access to the tunes that have been picked from the USSD menu WEB SUBSCRIPTION CHANNEL BGM Web Portal will be the ultimate experience allowing users to interact with the tunes, download tunes, set up default tunes and also be in touch with the download trend of other users, while enjoying the flexibility of managing their account from a web browser.
