Automation of Recruitment Process - ATS | Application tracking system

We are a business and HR Consulting firm. One of our verticals is Recruitments. We would like to have the complete recruitment process automated. Currently it is running on google sheets. Right from the time we get hiring requirement from organisation, to resume search from our database, CV parsing, Ad posting on social media sites, updating interview remarks, interview scheduling, offer, joining, handholding etc. We also want to create a referral program where we wish to incentivise candidates who give us references for profiles .
