PowerBI Dashboards

We are a Managed IT Services company and would like to develop 2 x PowerBI dashboards, pulling data from multiple sources and branded to our corporate image. The dashboards will be 'single panes of glass' for the service delivery and leadership team. The Service Delivery dashboard will contain, for example the following data: From ConnectWise (cloud database access): Tickets Currently Open by Service Board / Team Total Tickets today Total Tickets (last 4 weeks, plotted) Total Tickets (last 12 months, plotted) SLA - First Response SLA - Resolution From Continuum or Auvik: Critical Devices Online Critical Devices Offline From Customer Thermometer (html iframe widgets): Customer Happiness Customer Ratings NPS Score The Leadership Team dashboard will contain similar data to that above but also, ideally: From Connectwise: Service Desk Resource Utilisation Projects in Progress Opportunities in Progress Opportunities closing this month Opportunities won this month From Xero: Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable From Eclipse NG billing platform: Recurring Revenues billed this month Recurring Revenues by month (plotted) I have attached a few examples of similar dashboards being used within our industry. This is the sort of thing we would be looking for, however the dashboards would also need to be reflective of our corporate brand, which can be seen on our new website (currently in development but viewable at [login to view URL])
