ZOHO CRM Customization for Website integration

We are looking to create a new website to replace our exisiting one in two phases. Phase one involves implementation and customization of ZOHO CRM as described:  Word press Website Changes / Integrating Forms into Zoho CRM: Making changes to our existing WordPress website [login to view URL] to link the data from the following three forms: o Sign-up form on the home page (Form with the heading “Sign up for Free Consultation”). o Credit Application form (form available on Pre-Approval Page) o Enquiry form on the Contact Us page. After all the forms are linked with Zoho CRM, all the data submitted will be pushed into Zoho CRM as a Lead or Credit Application  Zoho CRM Customization: o Modify existing Lead, Account and Contact forms to capture the customer information submitted via Carlucent Website o Create a new module for capturing the Credit Form / Pre-Approval form information and the Car Year/Make/Model information that are available in the drop down options.  Setting up various workflows / Processes in Zoho CRM for (LEAD TO PROSPECT CONVERSION) (PROSPECT TO DEAL PROCESS) (DEAL TO CLIENT DEAL PROCESS)( AFTER SALE CLIENT PROCESS AND LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT) (LONG TERM FOLLOW UP FOR COLD LEADS) o Work with Car Lucent team to implement their Sales processes into Zoho CRM to create workflows by configuring the Lead, Account module and Vendors/Product Modules(to manage vehicle listings) and incorporating necessary business rules. o Create four email templates for each stage within a work flow to automate the email notifications at the various stages of the sales process flow (as shown in the PDF document provided by Carlucent attached). o Setup workflow rules to implement the Sales process o Setup the email and phone process to work together as required by Car Lucent  Reporting: Customize existing reports as well as build any new custom reports as needed by Car Lucent team  Training: Provide User Training for the five users of CarLucent team (NOTE YPUR BID SHOULD ONLY BE FOR PHASE 1. PHASE 2 is listed here for informational purposes only as any design or customization work done in phase one should be designed with PHASE 2 in mind as well. ) PHASE 2: Which is to commence after PHASE 1 is operational, would be to replace our exisiting webstie to create a vehicle shopping portal using data and services provided by chromedata.com. This would leverage the CRM and customizations created in phase one. Said tool will need to emulate the UI and workflow shown on [login to view URL] with some sligth changes and improvements. The purpose of this tool will be to help car shoppers identify and price vehicles they wish to purchase or lease. The app will also need to provide a back end API for integration to auto dealerships participating in our program. This API would access dealer inventory information to find vehicles that match client search criteria. It woud also feed deal information back to the dealers to provide pricing and prepare to close a sale. All of the data would need to connect back the Zoho CRM which would need to be customized to manage leads, procstpects, vendors(dealers) and products (invetories tagged to dealers) and deals (car sales) in various custom workflows for each stage in the lead life cycle. The quote should be provided as two segments for Phase 1 and Phase 2. We are looking for a team that are experts in Zoho and who can complete the phase one in 5 to 10 days. The web portal project should take approximately 60 days or less for the rigth size team.
