I would like to create a database in Zoho Creator where I can enter and store client info (example: Company Name, Office Address and Office number). So that when we get a service call from a client over the phone we can just ask them there office number and that will pull up the client'a office details. Once we have Clients detail info we want to integrate it into Zoho Desk so it will automatically open a new service ticket and fill in the clients portion in the ticket. Please let me know if that is possible. Thxs!
