Hi, I think that PHP has built-in ways of parsing XML, or that the parsing can be done with PHP libraries. I'm not certain that knowledge of sockets would be needed. I looked at the SageWorld website and it said that it was a data request. I'm not sure what that precisely means. If you purchased their plan, did they provide you with documentation on how it works? After receiving access to the documentation, I'd have to look through the documentation and make sure that: 1. I could do the work. 2. It's possible for me to do the work first on my test environment. I would implement this functionality as a plugin, on my test environment first. I don't know all the implementation details at this point in time. I usually figure some of the stuff out as I progress with the project.
