If you are interested, I can develop this software. I think it would be interesting to use a list with the first three bytes (which define who is the manufacturer of the network adapter). By doing so, the MAC addresses would look similar to those of true network adapters. To change the MAC address, the adapter needs to be restarted, so the connection will drop for a few seconds when changing the MAC. I can do it in both Java or C++. Will need some trial and error first. It will change your MAC Address from the registry (if you are in windows). If you want, in Java, I can do a GUI easily enough. In C++ it may be in command line.
